The practice

Conscious Connected Breathwork.

Conscious Connected Breathwork will be a cornerstone of our retreat. This technique provides a safe and effective way to connect with your inner body wisdom, helping to activate and enhance the healing process. By soothing the rational mind and allowing emotions to emerge, this practice encourages deep emotional release and transformation. The breathwork process shifts your physiological state, enabling exploration of altered states of consciousness.

Combining IFS therapy with breathwork creates a powerful synergy for self-exploration and trauma recovery. Breathwork enables individuals to connect more deeply with their inner parts, facilitating access to Self-energy and releasing emotional burdens. Meanwhile, IFS therapy addresses and dissolves internal barriers and protective mechanisms, allowing individuals to surrender fully and tune into their inner guidance and bodily wisdom.

This 6-day retreat offers a transformative inner journey, blending the powerful practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the profound depth of IFS techniques.

You'll have the opportunity to create space for your inner experiences and address them with trusted guidance. It will feel like coming home to yourself—a spacious and welcoming environment for all aspects that need attention.

The guided group work will help you embody a more compassionate presence in your therapeutic practice, equipping you with advanced tools to elevate your work to the next level.

Internal Family Systems

Paulina and Aundi, PAUNDI, are honored to share the insight and lived experience they have gained through their education and advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Both are currently pursuing their doctorate degrees in psychology and are Level 3 IFS trained.

Becoming IFS trained in the same year marked a meaningful alignment and the beginning of a shared path in this work. What began as parallel journeys naturally evolved into a shared mission to bring IFS into the world in a way that feels accessible, embodied, relatable, and fun.
