These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Breath of Life Wellness website and any journeys, retreats, coaching, courses, or products we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By using our website or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of our services

Our Services, including breathwork sessions, retreats, and coaching, are offered for educational and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Consult a licensed physician or therapist before participating if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are otherwise uncertain about your fitness to participate.

Assumption of risk

Breathwork and related practices can produce strong physical and emotional responses. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and release Breath of Life Wellness, its facilitators, and staff from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Bookings, payments & cancellations

Payments for retreats, coaching, and products are processed through our third-party payment processor. Deposits for retreats are generally non-refundable; refund and cancellation terms specific to each program are provided at the time of booking. Contribution-based journeys are pay-what-you-can at the door.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, the book Breath of Life, and recorded practices — is owned by Breath of Life Wellness or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party services (Amazon, Apple Music, Calendly, Stripe, Skool). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breath of Life Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
