The container

What's a Breath of Life retreat?

A small, intentional community gathered on the island of Maui for five nights of conscious connected breathwork, Internal Family Systems (IFS), nature, movement, adventure, and meaningful connection.

This isn't just a vacation. It's a container for transformation.

Through daily breathwork journeys, IFS-informed workshops and group processes, ocean swims, waterfall hikes, nourishing meals, and time in nature, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater compassion for the parts of them that have been carrying burdens for far too long.

As the week unfolds, breathwork helps open the door to deeper awareness, while IFS provides a framework for understanding and healing the protective patterns, inner conflicts, and wounded parts that often keep us stuck. Together, these practices create a powerful pathway toward greater presence, self-leadership, and emotional freedom.

Whether you're completely new to this work or have years of experience, you'll find a welcoming community and an experience designed to support lasting growth, integration, and connection.

Paundi

Internal Family Systems

Paulina and Aundi, PAUNDI, are honored to share the insight and lived experience they have gained through their education and advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Both are currently pursuing their doctorate degrees in psychology and are Level 3 IFS trained.

Becoming IFS trained in the same year marked a meaningful alignment and the beginning of a shared path in this work. What began as parallel journeys naturally evolved into a shared mission to bring IFS into the world in a way that feels accessible, embodied, relatable, and fun.

What alumni say

The week, in their words.

Three voices, three different starting points. None of them planned to write a testimonial. They wrote anyway.

I left with a daily practice I still do six months later. The food, the ocean, the people, all of it was the medicine.

Alumni · Maui cohort

I cry-laughed for an hour on day three and slept ten hours that night. Something I'd been holding for a decade let go.

Alumni · Maui cohort

Best money I've spent on my recovery since the first 30 days of treatment. I'd do it again tomorrow.
