Retreat venue

Tucked neatly along the bank of the McKenzie River rests a row of historic cottages and suites with their own unique charm and personalities. The McKenzie River Cottages are perched over the river with brisk water flowing from Clear Lake. Each unit is connected to the wrap around patio overlooking the running river where we will do our breathwork, meditation, yoga and relaxation.

Intimate Group Setting

With a small group of just 10 participants, our retreat fosters deep, meaningful connections, creating an atmosphere where personalized interactions thrive. This intimate setting ensures that every voice is heard, promoting a strong sense of belonging and mutual support. It’s an ideal environment for personal growth, where each participant can fully engage, share, and develop lasting empathy within the group.

4 Facilitators

Together, Nick, Paulina, Aundi and Amanda bring a deeply integrative, heart-centered approach to healing and self-discovery. Blending breathwork, Internal Family Systems, yoga, mindfulness, somatic practices, and intentional community, their facilitation supports nervous-system regulation, emotional healing, and embodied self-leadership. Each facilitator contributes a unique lens shaped by years of clinical training, lived experience, and retreat leadership, creating a grounded and compassionate container where participants feel safe to explore, release, and reconnect with their authentic selves. United by a shared commitment to trauma-informed care, presence, and meaningful transformation, they guide experiences that invite clarity, resilience, and lasting inner change.

Food experience

Each morning, you’ll enjoy a continental-style light breakfast at home, creating a warm and communal start to the day. For lunch and dinner, you’ll savor delightful meals catered by local eateries in the area. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions to ensure everyone’s needs are met. Throughout the retreat, you’ll also have access to coffee and tea, and snacks to keep you refreshed.

A balanced program

This retreat offers a harmonious blend of deep inner work and restful restoration. It’s a dedicated time for you to step away from your busy life and focus solely on yourself. Experience rejuvenating activities such as guided nature hikes, invigorating cold plunges, and moments of relaxation by the river. You’ll have opportunities to unwind with breathwork sessions and reflective group circles, ensuring a well-rounded experience that supports both personal growth and relaxation. Digital Detox Option: While not mandatory, we strongly encourage our guests to disconnect from electronics as much as possible. If you’re able to commit to a full digital detox, this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to embrace it fully.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathwork will be a cornerstone of our retreat. This technique provides a safe and effective way to connect with your inner body wisdom, helping to activate and enhance the healing process. By soothing the rational mind and allowing emotions to emerge, this practice encourages deep emotional release and transformation. The breathwork process shifts your physiological state, enabling exploration of altered states of consciousness.

Combining IFS therapy with breathwork creates a powerful synergy for self-exploration and trauma recovery. Breathwork enables individuals to connect more deeply with their inner parts, facilitating access to Self-energy and releasing emotional burdens. Meanwhile, IFS therapy addresses and dissolves internal barriers and protective mechanisms, allowing individuals to surrender fully and tune into their inner guidance and bodily wisdom.

This 6-day retreat offers a transformative inner journey, blending the powerful practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the profound depth of IFS techniques.

You’ll have the opportunity to create space for your inner experiences and address them with trusted guidance. It will feel like coming home to yourself—a spacious and welcoming environment for all aspects that need attention.

The guided group work will help you embody a more compassionate presence in your therapeutic practice, equipping you with advanced tools to elevate your work to the next level.

During this IFS & Breathwork Retreat...

Having held hundreds of breathwork sessions, we are now thrilled to expand this into a deeper, more enriching experience and time together.

All of this, and much more, will be part of our 6-day IFS & Breathwork Retreat along the McKenzie River in Oregon. Together, we will co-create a sacred space for exploring Conscious Connected Breathwork and IFS, gaining deep insights, building a vibrant community, and fostering lasting friendships

🌀 What You'll Experience

After the incredible success of our first retreat, we knew we had to return to this magical space. This is more than a getaway…it’s a sacred pause. A moment to breathe, reflect, and heal in the embrace of nature. Each day will include conscious connected breathwork, guided meditations, soul-nourishing hikes, and invigorating cold plunges in crystal-clear rivers, mountain lakes, and natural hot springs.

We’ll also be introducing you to Internal Family Systems (IFS): a transformative therapeutic approach that helps you gently explore and understand the inner parts of yourself. When combined with the power of breathwork and the grounding energy of the land, deep healing becomes possible.

💫 Our Signature Method

Over the last three years, we’ve had the honor of privately coaching individuals through our TNT Coaching Program —a powerful integration of daily breathwork, IFS, and life coaching. We’ve witnessed remarkable transformations. Now, for the first time, we’re offering this private coaching container within a retreat setting.

This retreat is your opportunity to experience the magic of what we’ve been offering one on one… and now supported by the collective energy of a group and the healing forces of nature.

Here’s what makes this work so powerful:

🫁 Why It Works

Conscious connected breathwork opens a doorway. It allows the protective parts of our internal system to rise – parts carrying shame, grief, anxiety, depression, or memories we’ve buried deep. These parts often show up as tension, resistance, numbness, or heaviness in the body. With gentle guidance, we create space to meet these parts with compassion and curiosity, not fear. As we begin to witness and understand them, we realize: We are not our pain. We are the ones who hold it with love.

🌺 Come Join Us

From that place, IFS and breathwork work in harmony, awakening the wise, calm, and compassionate Self that lives within each of us. And from that grounded center, we can soften, release, transform, and alchemize what no longer serves us.

We can’t wait to share this sacred journey with you <3
