“Breathwork” is a broad term that covers many styles of conscious breathing practices. You may hear names like Transformational Breathwork, Clarity Breathwork, or Shamanic Breathwork—and while each has its own spin, they’re all variations of the same essential practice. Some teachers try to brand or trademark their approach, which can make things more confusing than they need to be. At the heart of it all, these modern forms trace back to Pranayama, an ancient practice from India with a deep and sacred history.
We believe that unprocessed grief and unresolved trauma is at the root of anxiety, depression and substance abuse disorders.
Grief is stored in our cells, at the bottom of our lungs.
These deep transformative breathwork practices have the potential to bring this up to the surface and be released.
