You’ll be guided by two facilitators who bring diverse training, energy, and perspectives: Paulina TNT, a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, and her husband, a skilled Breathwork Facilitator. Together, they offer a balanced blend of expertise to support your journey.
You’ll join a community who share your passion for holistic wellness and nature. Through IFS therapy exercises, Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions, outdoor movement, nature immersion, meditation, total relaxation, and more, you’ll explore how parts work and breathwork can deepen your personal and professional practice.
